  • No. Coaching (and journaling, meditation, yoga, etc.) can be a powerful way to move through difficult times in life BUT it is not designed to be used instead of therapy or as a way to heal/work through/confront trauma of any kind.

    If you are currently working with a therapist, I suggest discussing with them whether now is a good time for coaching.

  • Remember that what one person sees as expensive, another might see as great value. There are many coaches charging thousands for coaching packages. In today’s climate, I aim to keep my fees as affordable as possible. My fee reflects the years of studying and training I have done and the amount I have invested in myself (and continue to invest) in order to be able to help others as much as possible. When you work with me, you don’t just get my accumulated wisdom, but also that of all the teachers I have learned from.

  • Yes, of course. However, a coach is trained to ask questions you might avoid and to help you see patterns or mindset habits that can be hard to see. Think of it this way, a tennis player can learn to play without a coach, but there’s no doubt they do better when they have someone else supporting them.

  • AI is a valuable tool for many things, but it is not able to empathise, hear what isn’t being said, connect the dots or hold space the way a human can.

    AI is also created to be biased towards what you want to hear, whereas working with a real life coach will help you explore things AI could only do if you ask precisely the right questions. It can’t understand subtext or tone of voice or read facial and physical emotions during conversations.

    When we work together, I will always be supportive, but I won’t shy away from asking the tough questions to help you go deeper. I’m not here to be your best friend but I am here to be your best guide.
