Terms & Policies
BOOKING/RESERVATION POLICIES:
All classes must be booked and paid for in advance. I do not operate a ‘drop-in’ policy.
REFUND POLICY:
If for some reason you can no longer attend classes after payment has been made, then a refund (less $10 for material & admin costs) will be offered up to 7 days before the start date. If less than 7 days’ notice, there is NO REFUND but you can roll your payment over to a future series of classes. If for any reason I need to cancel the classes you will be offered a FULL REFUND or the option to roll over to a future series of classes.
HEALTH & SAFETY
During classes you are fully responsible for the health, wellbeing and safety of your child. It is your responsibilty to ensure your child is in good health and to disclose any medical issues or concerns with me BEFORE a class. If there are any medical changes you must consult me to discuss whether a class is still appropriate. Medical advice from your health care professional must be taken before taking a class if your child has any disabilities, underlying health issues, or has had a recent operation.
COVID-19
Updates will be given to those attending in-person classes in the event of any changes in Alert Levels, and any necessary rules will be implimented immediately. As a parent you are responsible for ensuring that your child has no symptoms of Covid and DOES NOT attend a class if there is ANY risk that they may have been in contact with somebody who has tested positive OR is isolating whilst awaiting a test result. We are all responsible for keeping each other safe.
DATA PROTECTION
All information supplied by me to you will be treated in accordance to the Data Protection Act. Cookies do apply on this website. Clients will be asked before being added to my mailing list and you can unsubscribe easily and quickly any time you like.
