When women support women magic happens. Sharing things we love is one way we can support each other and help create a world where more women feel empowered to share their stories and voices. Below you’ll find all my favourite books sorted into handy lists for quick reference, plus all sorts of other things I love such as business tools, courses, podcasts etc. Some of them use affiliate links, which mean I earn a tiny amount if you go on and purchase, but I never share anything that I don’t genuinely love.

My Well-thy Life
As a writer, editor and coach I can easily spend way too much time sitting on my backside so it’s important for me to take care of my health as much as possible. Here are the things I love most for both physical and emotional wellbeing (other than walking on the beach, playing with my dog and spending time with my family).
Breville Blender - I spent ages trying to decide which blender to buy and I’m so glad I got this one. It’s affordable, easy to use and clean and doesn’t take up too much space. I can whizz up a healthy fruit smoothie easily and no longer find I’ve made too much or not enough, plus as a family we can all make the smoothies we want.
Yoga with Adriene - my favourite way to start the day. She’s the best.
Yoga mat - this is the yoga mat I use and love
Spotify - I have several different playlists that help me start my day with energy, chill out in the evening or dance it out when I’m home alone. Music always makes me feel better.
