'When we connect with the shared knowledge
that pours from the blood wisdom
of women’s experience and knowing,
then it as if we re-discover
what we ourselves
already know deep within ourselves.'

Uma Dinsmore-Tuli

Two days down and eight to go...feeling pretty good, and jsut a wee bit sore.  Wow, that Mandy Ingber Yogalosophy workout was great but boy do my legs feel well used!  Getting up early was still not easy - dark,  -1, late night watching a movie (which of course I had already seen!)...oh these things are sent to test us and I passed the test...eventually anyway :)  I liked the fact that once I was up I didn't have to wait for my computer to chug into action and I could just switch on the TV and go, plus I liked Mandy's light hearted style of teaching, it felt fun even though it was quite tough.

So, Day Three is a longer workout.  45 minutes of Hip Opening magic.  I find that spending a reasonable amount of time sitting at a desk means that I get a lot of tightness in my hips so I'm really looking forward to this routine.
While we are feeling the Yoga love I wanted to share two things with you.  The first is the fabulous Womb Yoga website with the amazing Uma Dinsmore Tuli.  Uma explains that
'Womb Yoga brings us home to ourselves as women. To honour the natural cycles of our womb life is to dance in time with the cosmic rhythms of the universe.'

The second thing I wanted to share is a book which made me laugh out loud yesterday when I discovered it - I think it sounds perfect for me and quite possibly some of you too, heehee!

'YOGA IN BED: 20 ASANAS TO DO IN PYJAMAS'  - available on Amazon

Happy yoga-ing all ♥

Hey Jo,
You would not believe the type of sleep I had last night. It was so restful, peaceful and revitalising. Only after doing yoga for 1 day. I have found that when I can't sleep very all I have to do is my yoga and i am sleeping like a baby. So I want to thank you for the best night sleep i have had in months!! and I am just loving the challenge of doing yoga everyday! Thanks again. I am off to do Day 3. Cheers, Jules
